1. Services Offered

Wedwill provides professional video editing services exclusively for wedding videographers, including:

• Footage culling and organization
• Soundtrack selection and licensing
• Editing of full films, highlight films, ceremony videos, speech videos, vertical videos, moment videos, and trailers
• Color correction and grading
• Audio editing and sound design
• Multi-cam sync editing

We offer two service options:

Fixed-Price Projects: One-time editing services with no subscription required. Pay per project with fixed pricing, including highlight edits ($400), full film edits ($400), ceremony edits ($100), and speech edits ($100). New customers can try our $199 Trial Package.

Wedwill Pro Subscription: A monthly plan ($1,050/month) that includes the equivalent of three (3) wedding highlight edits per month, with the flexibility to mix and match highlight edits for ceremony or speech edits, a dedicated editor, and faster turnaround times.

2. Account Creation and Management

To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities conducted under your account
• Providing accurate and updated account information

Do not share your credentials or use another person's account without permission.

3. Service Terms

3.1 Fixed-Price Projects

Payment Terms: Payment for fixed-price projects is due in full upon submission of the project request.

Scope of Work: The scope of work, including video type (e.g., highlight film, ceremony edit, speech edit, full film), length, and specific requirements, will be defined in the order form at the time of purchase.

Turnaround Times:

• Wedding Highlight Edit: 14 business days (7 days with Rush Delivery +$100)
• Full Film Edit: 14 business days (7 days with Rush Delivery +$100)
• Ceremony Edit: 5 business days
• Speech Edit: 5 business days
• $199 Trial Package: 14 business days

Actual delivery may vary due to project complexity and revision requests. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Revisions: Up to three (3) revisions are included in the project price. Revisions are submitted via Frame.io. Additional revisions beyond the included three may incur charges at Wedwill's current rate of $25 per revision.

Refund Policy for Fixed-Price Projects:

• Standard Fixed-Price Projects ($100–$400): All sales are final. No refunds are available for standard fixed-price projects (Highlight Edit, Full Film Edit, Ceremony Edit, Speech Edit). We provide 3 free revisions via Frame.io to ensure your satisfaction.
• $199 Trial Package Only: The $199 Trial Package includes a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied after using your included revisions, you may request a full refund before approving the final video. Once you approve and download the final video, no refund is available.

Approval Process:

• You will receive the first draft via Frame.io
• Provide feedback and request revisions (up to 3 included)
• Once satisfied, approve the video to receive the final downloadable version and project file
• Approval constitutes acceptance of the final deliverable

Add-Ons: The following add-ons are available at checkout:

• Rush Delivery (7-day turnaround): +$100
• Highlight Extension (+2 minutes): +$25
• Highlight Extension (+4 minutes): +$50
• Full Film Extension (+30 minutes): +$100
• Ceremony Extension (+30 minutes): +$75

3.2 Wedwill Pro Subscription

Billing and Payment: The Wedwill Pro subscription is billed monthly at $1,050/month unless specified otherwise. You authorize Wedwill to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

What's Included: Each monthly billing cycle includes the equivalent of three (3) wedding highlight edits. Specifically:

• Up to three (3) wedding highlight edits per month (4–10 minutes each, chronological order)
• Mix and match: any highlight edit may be swapped for ceremony or speech edits as follows:
  • 3 highlight edits; or
  • 2 highlight edits + 3 ceremony/speech edits; or
  • 1 highlight edit + 5 ceremony/speech edits
• A dedicated editor assigned to your account
• Color grading included on every edit
• Adobe Premiere Pro project file with every deliverable
• Frame.io review with timestamped comments

Subscription Turnaround Times (Business Days):

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, footage length, and revision requests.

Monthly Allocation and Rollover: Unused editing requests do not roll over to future billing periods. Each billing cycle's allocation resets at the start of the new cycle.

Additional Requests (Overage): Requests beyond your monthly allocation are available at standard per-project rates (e.g., an additional highlight edit at $400, ceremony or speech edit at $100) and may be placed through the Client Portal.

Revisions (Subscription): Each subscription project includes up to three (3) revision rounds. Revisions must be requested via the Client Portal or Frame.io within 14 days of receiving the first version; otherwise, projects are auto-approved. Additional revisions beyond the included three may incur charges at Wedwill's current rate of $25 per revision.

Cancellation: Cancel at least 5 business days before the billing cycle ends via your client portal or by contacting us at hello@wedwill.com. No refunds are issued for the current billing period.

Pausing Subscriptions: You may pause your subscription anytime to suspend future billing. This is ideal for off-season periods. Pausing does not extend the current billing period, and unused editing requests do not roll over.

Payment Failures: If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method up to three times. If unsuccessful, your account may be suspended until payment is made.

Price Changes: We may adjust subscription fees with 5 days' notice posted on our website. Continued use of our services after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Legacy Subscription Plans: Customers subscribed to plans no longer offered (Culling Pro, Creative Pro, Cinematic Pro) prior to July 2026 remain governed by the plan terms in effect at the time of their subscription until their plan is canceled or migrated to a current plan. Wedwill may retire legacy plans with at least 30 days' notice, at which point affected subscribers may migrate to a current plan or cancel.

4. User Responsibilities

Providing Footage: Upload raw footage via Google Drive or Dropbox in specified formats. You must have the legal rights to use all footage provided.

Project Specifications: Provide clear project specifications through the order form or client portal, including:

• Editing style preferences
• Reference videos (if any)
• Music preferences
• Export settings
• Special instructions

Communication: All communication is conducted through the Wedwill Client Portal. We do not use Slack or other messaging platforms for project communication.

Intellectual Property: You warrant that you own or have obtained the necessary rights to all footage and materials provided, except for music licensed by Wedwill.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership: Upon full payment, you own all rights to the final edited videos for both subscription plans and fixed-price projects.

Project Files: All fixed-price projects and subscription deliverables include the Adobe Premiere Pro project file at no additional cost.

Licensing: Wedwill may use edited videos for promotional purposes (e.g., portfolio, social media, website) unless you opt out by emailing hello@wedwill.com.

Third-Party Assets: We handle licensing for music via Musicbed. This music is included at no extra cost. If you provide your own music, you are responsible for ensuring you have valid licenses.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Data Security: Client footage and personal data are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized Wedwill personnel and your assigned editor.

Data Retention:

• Footage is retained for 30 days post-delivery
• Post-cancellation, files are retained for 35 days for final downloads, then may be permanently deleted
• Please download and back up your files promptly

Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy governs data use and is incorporated herein by reference.

7. Payment and Refunds

Payment Terms: Payments for both subscriptions and fixed-price projects are non-refundable except as specifically noted in these Terms.

Fixed-Price Project Refunds:

• Standard Projects ($100–$400): All sales are final. No refunds available. We provide 3 free revisions to ensure satisfaction.
• $199 Trial Package Only: 7-day money-back guarantee available before approving the final video.

$199 Trial Package Guarantee: The $199 Trial Package includes a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of first draft delivery. If not satisfied after using your included revisions, you may request a full refund before approving the final video. Once you approve and download the final video, no refund is available.

Subscription Refunds: No refunds are issued for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

Dispute Resolution: For any payment disputes, contact hello@wedwill.com within 14 days of the charge.

8. File Size and Additional Fees

Standard File Size: Base pricing for all projects includes up to 500 GB of footage for a 1-day wedding.

Additional Fees:

• Exceeding 500 GB: $20 per additional 100 GB
• Additional footage may delay delivery times

Reducing File Size: To reduce file size, consider creating proxy files before upload. Contact us if your project exceeds 500 GB before submitting.

9. Termination

By You:

• Cancel subscriptions per Section 3.2
• Cancel fixed-price projects per Section 3.1

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.

Effects of Termination: Termination ends your access to our services. Files may be permanently deleted after 35 days following termination or cancellation.

10. Limitation of Liability

No Warranties: Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Liability Cap: Wedwill is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project or billing period in question.

Output File Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing final videos for errors. We are not liable for errors not reported during the revision period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Additional Clauses

Editor Assignment: Editors are assigned based on project needs and expertise. For the Wedwill Pro subscription, you will have a dedicated editor who learns your style. For fixed-price projects, editors are assigned based on availability and specialization.

Non-Solicitation: For 5 years following the end of your agreement with Wedwill, you agree not to solicit our employees or contractors for competing roles or services.

Media Transfer Methods: Upload footage via Google Drive or Dropbox. Include the link in your order form or client portal submission.

Soundtrack Licensing: We license music via Musicbed at no additional cost to you. If you provide your own music, you are responsible for ensuring proper licensing.

Revision Process:

• Fixed-Price Projects: 3 revisions included, submitted via Frame.io
• Wedwill Pro Subscription: 3 revision rounds per project, must be requested within 14 days of first version via Client Portal or Frame.io; otherwise, projects are auto-approved

Delivery Method: All projects are delivered via Frame.io for review. Final approved videos and project files are available for download through your client portal.

Business Days: All turnaround times are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday), excluding U.S. holidays. Projects submitted on Friday after 3:00 PM will begin processing the following Monday.
