Enterprise Plans

Several weddings, edited at the same time

Our standard plans run one project at a time, through one editor. When that isn't enough — a backlog to clear, or a season that fills faster than our standard monthly plan — we scope an Enterprise Plan around your schedule instead. Clear a backlog with several editors in parallel, or run a monthly plan with the same lead editor through your busy months.

Scoped individually · agreed in writing · starts at least three weeks after signing

Who this is for

When a standard plan stops fitting

If one of these sounds like your season, it's worth a conversation before you submit anything.

Studios with several shooters

More than one camera team filming on the same weekend, and footage arriving faster than a single editor can work through it.

A backlog you want cleared

A season's worth of unedited weddings sitting on a drive, with couples waiting. You want them out the door together, not across the next four months.

A busy season ahead

You film more each month than Wedwill Pro is built for. A monthly Enterprise Plan gives you the same lead editor, a set number of edits and one monthly price, starting in the month your season does.

How it differs

Standard plans have a shape. Enterprise doesn't.

Fixed-price projects and Wedwill Pro come with set inclusions and one editor working in sequence. An Enterprise Plan is built around your volume and your deadlines, and everything is written into the agreement.

What doesn't change

The craft, the files and your look

Scale changes how the work is scheduled. It doesn't change what lands in your portal, and it doesn't loosen the style match — your account holds the assets every editor works from.

Your LUTs, your fonts, your logosThe Brands section of your account stores your real assets. Every editor assigned to your work grades with your LUTs and titles in your fonts — not an interpretation of your look.
The Premiere Pro project file, every timeOrganised, culled, multi-cam synced and labelled chronologically, so you can recut later without coming back to us.
Frame.io review with timestamped commentsClick any point on the timeline and leave a note attached to the exact frame, rather than describing it in a paragraph.
Colour grading, sound mixing, licensed musicTracks from our licensed Musicbed catalogue, or your own licensed music if you'd rather.
One account, several loginsAdd your team to the portal so producers and second shooters can submit and track work without going through you.

How scoping works

Three steps, and nothing starts before it's agreed

No calls required unless you want one.

1

Tell us what you're working with

Roughly how many weddings a month, which edits you need, and any dates you're working to. The form below covers it, or email hello@wedwill.com.

2

We send a written proposal

Covering scope, delivery schedule, editor allocation and pricing for your volume. If we can't do something you need, we say so at this stage rather than after you've committed.

3

Sign, then start in the month you choose

The agreement sets the terms for your plan. Your plan starts at least three weeks after signing — that time is how we line up editors for your volume — and editing begins once your footage links are accessible.

Brianna Hall

Iris Marie Photography · Pittsburgh, PA

Brianna came to us with seven projects across two months — four wedding highlights extended to her preferred length and five vertical social teasers, mixing digital and Super8 footage, while she was running a photography business with a newborn at home.

That's the shape of work Enterprise formalises: volume, mixed services, and a schedule agreed in advance instead of project by project.

Tell us about your season

The more you can tell us about volume and timing, the more specific the proposal. We usually come back within one business day.

Questions

Enterprise Plans, answered

Do you offer an Enterprise Plan?
Yes. Enterprise Plans are for videographers and studios whose needs don't fit a standard plan — several weddings that need editing at the same time rather than one after another, a backlog you want cleared in one go, or ongoing volume that our monthly plans aren't built for. Every Enterprise Plan is scoped to you: how many editors we assign, how the schedule runs, and what it costs. Email hello@wedwill.com and tell us what you're working with.
How is an Enterprise Plan different from your standard plans?
Our fixed-price and subscription plans have set inclusions and run through a single editor, one project at a time. An Enterprise Plan has no fixed shape — we build it around your volume and your deadlines, which can mean multiple editors working in parallel, a delivery schedule mapped to your season, and pricing based on the overall scope rather than per project.
Can you edit multiple weddings at the same time?
Under our standard plans, no — we work through projects in sequence so the same editor keeps your style consistent across your films. Parallel editing is what an Enterprise Plan is for. Get in touch before you submit and we'll confirm in writing what we can do.
How do I get an Enterprise quote?
Email hello@wedwill.com with roughly how many weddings you film a month, which services you need, and any deadlines you're working to. We'll come back with a proposal covering scope, schedule, editor allocation and pricing. Everything is agreed in writing before any work starts.
Can I get a monthly plan for more weddings than Wedwill Pro covers?
Yes. If you film more each month than Wedwill Pro is built for, we can set up a monthly Enterprise Plan with the same lead editor, a set number of edits and one monthly price, agreed for a minimum term. You choose the start month, so the plan runs through your busy season rather than your quiet months.
How soon can an Enterprise Plan start?
At least three weeks after the agreement is signed. That time is how we line up editors for your volume before your footage arrives. You can sign well ahead and choose a later start month, which is the best way to plan for a busy season.
What software and files do I get?
Everything is edited in Adobe Premiere Pro and the organised project file is included with every delivery. Drafts are reviewed on Frame.io with timestamped comments, music comes from our licensed Musicbed catalogue, and your own licensed music is welcome.
How do you keep the style consistent across several editors?
Your account has a Brands section holding your actual LUTs, fonts and logos. Every editor assigned to your work grades with your LUTs and titles in your fonts, so the look stays yours whether one editor or several are working on your films.
