Once subscribed, you can add as many Video editing requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
We understand that you may not always have enough video editing work to fill up an entire month, and may only have one or two video editing requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. It's helpful when you need to take a break from using the service for a while.
The billing cycle is based on 31 days. For instance, if you sign up for the service, use it for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be put on hold. You will then have 10 days of service remaining that you can use at any time in the future.
Once you subscribe to our plan, you will get access to the WedWill client portal where you can provide specific details about your project. Moreover, you will get access to a dedicated Slack channel where you can communicate effortlessly with our expert editors and account managers.
You can upload all raw footage to cloud storage services like Google Drive or Dropbox and add it to the Trello backlog section. We can then work on completing your project one by one.

Every project includes 3 revision rounds — whether you order per-project or through Wedwill Pro. You'll review each draft on Frame.io, where you can leave timestamped comments directly on the video. Additional revision rounds beyond the included 3 are $25 each.
That's exactly what your revision rounds are for. Leave timestamped comments on Frame.io telling us what to change — pacing, music, color, specific shots — and we'll take care of the rest. Three rounds is almost always more than enough; most clients approve within one or two.
Turnaround is calculated in business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
