You can upload your raw footage to either Google Drive or Dropbox - whichever you prefer. Simply create a shared folder with your wedding files and share the link through our client portal. We support files up to 500GB per project (additional fees apply for larger projects at $20 per 100GB). For faster processing, we recommend including proxy files along with your raw footage. Once uploaded, our editors typically begin work within 24 hours.
For one-time wedding highlight projects, standard delivery is 14 days. Need it faster? We offer rush delivery within 7 days for an additional fee. Our subscription plans have faster turnaround: Creative Pro delivers in 8-11 days, while Cinematic Pro delivers in just 7-10 days. During peak wedding season (May-October), we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred timeline.
Our unlimited plans (Creative Pro and Cinematic Pro) are subscription-based services. Simply choose your plan on our pricing page and sign up through our client portal. You can submit unlimited editing requests, which are processed one at a time. You can pause your subscription anytime with our 31-day billing cycle - for example, pause after 20 days and use the remaining 11 days later.
Yes! Professional color grading is included in all our wedding highlight packages. Our editors are trained in cinematic color theory and can match your signature style or create custom looks. We work with standard LUTs and can apply your custom LUTs if provided. Color correction to fix exposure, white balance, and skin tones is always included. For advanced cinematic color grading with multiple looks, choose our Cinematic Pro package.
Absolutely! Your dedicated editor will study 2-3 of your previous edits to understand your unique style - from pacing and transitions to music timing and color preferences. During onboarding, we'll have a style consultation through the client portal to discuss your preferences in detail. All packages include access to our premium royalty-free music libraries: Artlist and Musicbed subscriptions at no extra cost. You'll never worry about copyright strikes or licensing fees. We can also work with music you provide if you have specific client requests or preferred tracks. Our editors are skilled at timing edits to music beats and creating emotional arcs that match the soundtrack.
Subscription plans (Creative Pro and Cinematic Pro) include unlimited revisions - we'll keep refining until you're 100% satisfied. One-time projects include 3 revision rounds, which is typically more than enough. Minor changes like text updates or music swaps don't count toward your revision limit. We use Frame.io for precise feedback, making the revision process smooth and efficient. 95% of our projects are approved within 2 revision rounds.
Our editors are experts at audio mixing and synchronization. We clean up audio, reduce background noise, and properly mix dialogue with music. For ceremony and speech videos, we sync multiple audio sources (lav mics, boom mics, camera audio) for the best quality. We can also add subtitles or captions if requested. All packages include basic audio cleanup and mixing; advanced audio restoration is available as an add-on service.
We retain your project files and raw footage for 30 days after final delivery, giving you time to request any additional changes or exports. After 30 days, files are permanently deleted from our secure servers to protect your clients' privacy. If you need us to keep files longer, we offer extended storage for $20/month per project. You'll always receive the complete Premiere Pro project file if you need to make future edits yourself.
Yes! We operate completely behind the scenes. Your clients will never know you're using an editing service. All exports are clean without any WedWill branding. We sign NDAs upon request and maintain strict confidentiality. Many of our subscribers successfully scale their businesses while maintaining their brand identity. We can even use your logo, fonts, and brand guidelines in the edits.
