Tell us the weddings you’ve got coming up. We’ll hold a place in the queue for each one and send you an estimated first-draft date per project, so you can tell every couple when to expect their film.
Add each wedding date, the edit you need and roughly when you’ll send footage. The form shows your estimated dates as you go.
Within one business day we reply with a confirmed estimated first-draft date for each wedding, or suggest a better order if two land close together.
After each wedding, purchase the edit in your portal and create the request with your footage link. Your slot is waiting, so editing starts straight away.
The more you tell us now, the more accurate your dates will be when the busy months arrive.
We’ll reply within one business day with a confirmed estimated date for each wedding.
Your booking reference is
No. Booking is free. You purchase each edit in the client portal when you create the request and send the footage, as you do today.
No. Every date is a good-faith estimate. Your days are counted from when your request is published and your footage link is accessible, and the count pauses if the link goes down or downloads are disabled.
Tell us in the portal messages or at hello@wedwill.com. Your slot moves with the footage, and we’ll send you updated dates for anything behind it.
So the same editor carries your style across every film. Each project starts once the previous first draft is delivered. Rush Delivery (+$100) on a highlight or full film gets it back in about 8 days and pulls everything behind it forward.
It helps. Your highlights are estimated at about 14 days and ceremony or speech edits at about 5, and booking ahead lets us plan your editor’s month. Unused Pro edits don’t roll over, so send footage as you film rather than at month end.
Yes. Choose “$199 Trial” for that wedding. It’s a full 4–6 minute highlight for new customers, one per customer, with a 7-day money-back guarantee on the first draft that ends once you request a revision.
Booked slots run one after another. For backlogs or more weddings a month than Pro covers, an Enterprise Plan can run projects in parallel.
